These cabinets where fitted on a raised stone platform to run flush with the wall. The doors where fitted with 'push' catches so there was no need for handles. A central unit was constructed from American black walnut to house the television utilities and as a stand for a television.

Inside was fixed and adjustable shelving and four deep storage drawers.
